This is a common thing on leading something. If you want others to respect you,
YOU HAVE TO RESPECT OTHERS. Do not simply came out with those bad words. I just don't have the spirit and all to win, SERIOUSLY. Teamwork is all we need as one team, one group. Sorry, but it hurts.
